Having started the first activities within 2001 in Istanbul , Pusula Doğa Sporları was established formally in 2003.
It is an enterprise that renders nature sports trainings and organizations, organizes corporate nature sports activities and trainings about Management Competition Leadership Improvement or Composition, executes the promotion acts for companies by sponsorships, arranges Informative Seminars and Slide Shows and Exhibits free of charge, sells materials of nature sports, renders consultancy and information services for such materials, and that aims to prove the spirit of such trainings and why they have to be provided truly, rather than its commercial mentality; bearing the Ethics of Life in the Nature.

Kutsal Zafer Şahin - 1974
Founder - Instructor
He deals with natural life and sports since 1990 with love, feeling the pleasure deep inside. He started Free Parachuting sports in Turkish Aviation Association in 1992 and still continues this task. He bears the FAID Licence. He served actively as Free Military Paratrooper, Specialist of Folding Maintenance and Repair of Spare Parachutes and Free Parachute Trainer Assistant in the 1 st Commando Brigade, where he completed his military mission. He took Photography training in 1994. He started Paragliding in 1997 and founded Bakırköy Aviation and Nature Sports Association in 1998 together with some of his free parachutist friends. Here they rendered various trainings, mainly led by paragliding. Kutsal Zafer stuck on issues of camping and survival in the association and specialized on the same. He worked as Assistant Trekking Guide and Trekking Guide in an agency called Fotoğrafevi in Beyoğlu for a short while in 1998. In the same year he worked as the first trainer of Istanbul University Faculty of Administration / Aviation Department. Here, he rendered paragliding trainings for a long period. In the final course, he rendered paragliding training to the core staff of Yıldız Technical University / Aviation Club as the first trainer of it. He established Pusula Nature Sports Center in 2003, which he had designed in 1999 first, but started the initial works in 2001 and he opened a café that he named “Serüvenci Kahvesi” (Adventurer's Café) in 2004. In 2006, he wrote the book Doğada Yapılan Yürüyüşler - Trekking , which has the quality of reference guide He became a share partner of Ogzala Turizm in 2006 and managed his business until the end of 2007. He became the Chief Editor of 4x4 Super Sport Magazine, where he started common studies in 2007. He formed the Haka Survival School and is now busy with issuing the Serüvenci Dergisi(Adventurer Magazine). He has certificate of mountain climbing.
Education: Graduate of Administration Faculty. He has track record studies of Planning, Security Developing, Leadership Progress and life in the nature with children.

Zeynep Siminhan Şahin - 1979
Founder - Organization Coordinator
She stepped in the nature sports first in 1998 with Paragliding in the initially established aviation club of Istanbul University Faculty of Administration. She is the first lady pilot of I.U. Fac. of Adm. Aviation Club. She dealt with athletics and biking sports. She managed the Ogzala Turizm until the end of 2007 with her spouse. She has certificate of mountain climbing.
Education: Graduate of Administration Faculty. She further received training of Health Institutions' Management. She performed studies regarding Human Resources and Performance Appraisals. She speaks German and English.
